Personal Trainer in Anthem Country Club, Henderson
Anthem Country Club sits at the base of the Black Mountains — a 20-minute clean drive from most Dave sessions. He trains members in-home and at the club's fitness center without the awkward locker-room shuffle.
Who Dave trains here
Golfers who want more distance and fewer back tweaks. Executives who play weekends. Empty-nesters who finally have the time and hate the idea of joining a big-box gym.
What in-home training looks like
- Dave arrives at your home, garage, or building fitness room.
- He brings equipment you don't have — resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells to about 60 lb.
- Sessions run 45–60 minutes. Strength, mobility, and conditioning — programmed the week before, not improvised in the moment.
- Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are part of the coaching, not upsells.

Landmarks Dave passes on his way to sessions: Revere Golf Club, Anthem Highlands, the community rec center, Whole Foods on Anthem Village Drive.. If you're in a gated community, add him at the guardhouse the first time and you're set for the block.
How it starts
A $500 refundable deposit reserves your assessment and first block of sessions. From there Dave builds pricing around your goals and schedule.
