Amanda is committed to helping clients improve their lives by sharing her knowledge and dedication to nutrition and fitness.  Life gets hectic, so it is important to take control and make good choices for your body and mind.  As the mother of a 2 year old and 4 year old, she KNOWS life gets crazy!  Exercise is only part of getting into (or staying in) good shape.  You are only as good as you eat.  Consistency is key.  Eat smart every day and fill each day with some type of exercise.  Amanda has worked with women, men and children from the age of 7 to those in their 80's both in Chicago and Las Vegas.  She understands the pressures and busy schedules we all face.  Don't let time constraints or stress get in the way of how you really want to look and feel.  You only have one body, so take care of it!
